Welcome to Cosmic’s Digital Mentor service. We provide un-biased help and advice in all aspects of I.T. and will always do our best to keep costs to a minimum.

What is a Digital Mentor?

Digital Mentors aim to provide technology training, support, workshops and advice to local sole traders and small businesses.

The support and guidance includes software help, social media advice, simple website creation, tips on online selling, computer maintenance and support.

Digital Mentor sessions are flexible and cover content relevant to you, your organisation or business. We offer sessions in various venues which might include your home or work place.

The Rural Connection Broadband Project
We are currently working with Devon and Somerset County Councils as part of an RDPE project, The Rural Connection, to provide engagement and IT support for businesses and individuals in particular areas of the counties. The project aims to porvide many houses and businesses with a satellite broadband connection. This is so important for those people who will never get super fast broadband through other means.

We can give you support in three main ways.

1. Attend an event or demo we put on in your local area - dates will be listed soon

2. Come along to a workshop - covering many topics like social media, websites, online marketing and others

3. Free one-to-one digital mentor support - specially for businesses in the funded area.
